FREE Insulation for 70 Years Old or Over
It was announced by Government in February 2008 that anyone who is over the age of 70 can now have Cavity Wall Insulation and/or Loft Insulation installed in their property, completely FREE of charge. Only proof of age is needed.
Discounted Insulation
Discounted insulation is available to all owner occupiers or private tenants regardless of property type or income. Our prices start at £75 per measure depending on council and utilities funding available in your postcode area.
Special Rates for Private Landlords
Landlords with tenants in receipt a qualifying benefit, tax credits or who are 70 or over can have their properties insulated FREE of charge. However, if your tenants do not qualify for free insulation we can offer you some very favourable discounted rates.
Full Funding Available For Residential Social Landlords
Through one of our managing agents, we are now able to offer grants to RSL's. Please contact 01482 588591 for further details.
